Associate Director, Alumnae Relations
Carly is responsible for Reunion, Leadership Assembly, and Alma Maters. She also serves as the primary staff liaison to the classes of the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990 and 1995. Prior to joining Alumnae Relations in January 2011, Carly worked in non-profit public programming and community outreach. Carly holds a B.A. in English from the University of Michigan.
Susan A. Seigle ’67
Manager, Alumnae Relations
Susan joined Alumnae Relations in September 2010 and is staff liaison for Project Continuum and classes 1960 and earlier, and editor of the online Alumnae Volunteer Leader Newsletter. After graduating from Barnard with a major in Art History, Susan pursued a corporate career in marketing and merchandising with the JCPenney Company. The second half of her career was in the nonprofit sector as a development officer, and prior to returning to Barnard Susan completed a year of service in VISTA and the NYC Civic Corps promoting civic engagement. She is a former trustee of the New York Choral Society with whom she maintains an active performing schedule at Carnegie Hall and other major concert venues, president of the New York Festival Singers, on the board of the Washington Heights Choir School, and also served on the board of the College of Health Professions at Pace University.
Manager, Alumnae Relations
Shelli is responsible for the development and planning of alumnae programs in the following areas: Young Alumnae, Student-Alumnae, Professional and Leadership Development, Diversity Initiatives, Travel Program, and management of student employees. She is the primary staff liaison to the classes of the 2000s. Prior to her five years in higher education, she worked in entertainment, in film publicity and radio promotion. Shelli received an Associates from Penn State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Marymount Manhattan College.
Lauren Glover ’09
Program Associate, Alumnae Relations
Lauren is responsible for Regional Programming and the Alumnae Association Fellowship for Graduate Study.
Kathleen Christatos ’07
Assistant to the Director, Alumnae Relations
Kathleen provides support for the Alumnae Association of Barnard College and its committees. She helps alumnae make use of the office’s resources via email, on the phone, and in person at the front desk and she is happy to answer questions about auditing and other alumnae benefits. While a student at Barnard, Kathleen was involved in the McIntosh Activities Council (McAC), serving as its president her senior year. Kathleen was also a member of the Columbia University Dance Team and majored in political science and psychology. She has served on Barnard’s Young Alumnae Committee and holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
