Binta Niambi Brown '95 is a corporate partner in the Kirkland & Ellis LLP Debt Finance Group. Ms. Brown represents corporate borrowers, private equity groups and financial institutions in connection with secured and unsecured commercial lending transactions, including acquisition financings, senior, second lien and subordinated financings and other banking and credit matters.
Ms. Brown's pro bono practice has included involvement with economic development initiatives assisting women in war-torn regions, advocacy on behalf of human trafficking victims and work with the New York City public schools.
