Boston Panel on Reproductive Rights
The Barnard Club of Boston gathered for a lively and informative panel on Changing Perspectives on Reproductive Rights: the Interplay Between Legal, Medical, and Ethical Concerns. The panelists were an esteemed group of Barnard alumnae: Honorable Nancy Gertner ’67, Dr. Maureen Strafford ’71, Mary Gordon ’71, Amy Richards ’92, and moderater Catherine Weisbrod ’67. The discussion touched on every issue from the role of religion in reproductive rights to medical advances and the current legal situation.
